Elon University’s School of Education is hosting a weekly “White Caucus” open only to “white-identifying” students, according to an email obtained exclusively through Young America’s Foundation’s Campus Bias Tip Line.
“A white caucus is a space for white-identifying individuals to engage in conversations that unpack race and systemic oppression,” the email read. “White caucuses allow white-identfying [sic] allies to have these conversations in a way that does not burden or re-traumatize people of color. White caucuses give white people a space to learn about and process their awareness of and complicity in unjust systems without harming their friends of color.”
Nurses asked to stop saying breast milk
"UK health officials ordered nurses at two hospitals to substitute the term “breast milk” for “human milk” — part of a first-of-its-kind effort there to be more inclusive to trans and non-binary parents. The terms “breastfeeding” and “breast milk” should be swapped for more “gender-inclusive” phrases in prenatal units of Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust, the health care center said in a 19-page document cited by Sky News Wednesday.Instead, health professionals were advised to use the phrases “breast/chest milk,” “milk from the feeding mother or parent” and “human milk” to be more “inclusive of trans & non-binary birthing people without excluding the language of women or motherhood,” the guidelines state."
Twitter says it will continue to ban Trump from Twitter even if he runs in 2024
"Twitter confirmed Wednesday that former President Donald Trump will always be banned from their platform, even if run decides to run for office again in 2024.
“As for Trump returning to Twitter one day, the company’s CFO Ned Segal made it clear Wednesday that’s not an option,” reported CNBC. “Segal told CNBC’s ‘Squawk Box‘ Wednesday that Trump would never be allowed to return to the site, even if he decides to run for office again.' "
